Alexander Lauréus, known as well with the following name Aleksander Laureus, is a finnish painter, sculptor born in 1783 in Turku, Finland and who died in 1823 in Rome, Italy. Alexander Lauréus belonged to the baroque art style. He mainly worked during the classical period in the 19 century.
