Totoya Hokkei, known as well with the following name Totoya Hokkei, is a japanese illustrator, printmaker, graphic designer born in 1780 in Tokyo, Japan and who died in 1850 in Tokyo, Japan. Totoya Hokkei belonged to the japanese print art style. He mainly worked during the classical period in the 19 century.
