Wihelms Purvitis, known as well with the following name Vilhelms Purvitis, is a latvian painter born in 1872 in Zaube Parish, Latvia and who died in 1945 in Bad Nauheim, Germany. Wihelms Purvitis belonged to the post-impressionism art style. He mainly worked during the modern period in the 20 century.
